Short Deeds were a challenge for a generation of filmmakers: the scripts were written by seven screenwriters, the films shot by six DOPs, made by five directors in four locations across Slovenia, each with three-minute running time. Limitations were an essential part of the project, as if a gauntlet had been thrown down to screenwriters and directors.
